A Probiotic Turmeric Supplement for Optimal Joint and Gut Health
Turmeric has been used for centuries as a tonic for wellbeing. Turmeric is one of the most well-studied herbal medicines and has a wide range of benefits.
Our bio-fermentation process creates a potent live probiotic blend. Live probiotics act on the gut immediately, whereas most powdered gut supplements pass through the system unactivated. This process enhances the effectiveness of the turmeric and other active ingredients.
By combining liquid turmeric with live probiotics, our formula offers enhanced support for your digestive health and overall well-being, ensuring that the digestive supplements you take are more effective and readily absorbed.

How do I take Happy Turmeric?
Happy TURMERIC is a liquid which can be easily taken alone, added to a little water or added to a smoothie. The dose is 15ml per day up to 60ml depending on your individual needs and tolerances. It is best to slowly build up due to the LIVE probiotics which are quite powerful compared to traditional powdered probiotics.
Are there any side effects with digestive supplements?
Happy TURMERIC is well tolerated. However, for some people who have a build up of unhealthy intestinal bacteria may find the LIVE probiotics cause some digestive upsets. This can be reduced by starting slowly and allowing the beneficial bacteria to establish themselves as the dominant species.
Does it replace an antioxidant mix?
TURMERIC is a powerful antioxidant that can replace most vitamin antioxidants. You may have specific needs for other antioxidants which may be prescribed by a practitioner.
Why is Happy Turmeric different to other turmeric supplements?
The proprietary fermentation process is what sets Happy Turmeric apart from other supplements. The fermentation process improves assimilation of the turmeric by 5x and the addition of LIVE probiotics further enhances digestion.
Can I take this alongside Happy Hormones?
Ideally, yes... Happy TURMERIC has been designed to work alongside Happy Hormones to help support a healthy hormone balance.
Does Happy Turmeric interact with any medications?
We always suggest to check with your health practitioner before taking any supplements. Happy TURMERIC has the potential to thin the blood so caution needs to be applied when taking it in conjunction with blood thinners in particular.
Is liquid turmeric better than capsules as a gut supplement?
The effectiveness of liquid turmeric versus capsules varies based on absorption speed, potential for enhanced bioavailability with additives like black pepper, and personal convenience and taste preferences.
Are turmeric supplements good for you?
Turmeric supplements can be beneficial for health due to their active compound, curcumin, which has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They may support joint health, aid digestion, promote heart health, and potentially offer protection against certain chronic diseases.
Can turmeric supplements cause kidney stones?
There is no direct evidence suggesting that turmeric supplements cause kidney stones. However, high doses of turmeric or curcumin may potentially increase oxalate levels in the body, which could theoretically contribute to kidney stone formation in individuals predisposed to this condition. It's advisable to consume turmeric supplements in moderation and consult with a healthcare provider if you have concerns about kidney health or a history of kidney stones.
